We are living here since 2012 and love the area. It's a residential, peaceful locality with decent civic amenities. The roads are well-maintained and allows us to commute to any area of the city without hassle.

We have rented a 2BHK here and like living here. The rent is affordable and the area provides smooth access to RT Nagar and Hebbal. Markets, schools, and autos are close by. The only issue is the water shortage especially during the summers.

Sultanpalya is a family-centric locality. Property prices are reasonable, and it’s well-connected to major parts of North Bangalore. We are happy living here and will love to have more properties here.

I invested in a 1BHK unit here a few years back. Rents are steady, and property taxes are low so I am happy with my decision. I feel the locality is good for budget-conscious investors like me.

I stayed here for work for almost a year. Water supply is stable and rent is budget-friendly but yes, the locality gets congested very easily, especially in the weekends.
