Love how green and walkable the area feels. It is a rare mix of old charm and city life.

I have a rented apartment near Cubbon Park and it’s amazing for morning walks. Everything is close by, but the cost of living is steep.

Have lived here since the '90s. Lots has changed, but it’s still livable. Parks, schools, and shops are all within walking distance. Parking and traffic are the only real issues here

Came here for a work trip. It’s got a posh, polished look. Loved the energy, but navigating traffic and parking took effort. Definitely central and premium.

Bought a studio flat for Airbnb rentals as its always full of tourists and expats. There is a consistent demand but lots of noise pollution.
