What I love most about Sannatammanahalli is the calm. After the chaos of Whitefield traffic and work pressure, coming back here feels like a break. It’s not crowded like KR Puram or Bellandur. But internal roads are not well maintained, especially during rains. Walking at night feels unsafe due to lack of lighting in some lanes

A lot of IT folks want affordable homes within biking distance to Whitefield. I rent out my ground floor easily, no vacancy in last 3 years

Most houses here are independent or low-rise buildings, with decent setbacks and airflow. My flat has a small backyard and balcony. The only drawback I hate is many Zomato/Swiggy restaurants refuse to deliver beyond 8 PM, and some don’t show this area in service zones at all

If you’re into cafes, lounges, or late-night food joints, this area is dry. We usually go to Whitefield for such things

I bought a property here because it was cheap and has scope of development. The area is still growing. Many villa projects are coming up around us. Some parts still fall under gram panchayat. Getting A-khata or clear titles is a long process.
