My apartment near Saki Vihar has great resale potential. It’s well-connected and high in demand among working professionals. The area, however, feels a bit crowded now.

As a tenant, I find the area convenient—grocery stores, hospitals, and auto-rickshaws are easily accessible. But it does get noisy and dusty due to constant traffic and ongoing construction.

Living near Saki Vihar has its perks—close to my Andheri office and affordable rent. But public parks are lacking, and roads need maintenance.

Was here for a short work trip. The area is bustling, convenient, and safe during the day. It’s not very scenic but serves well for working professionals.

Owning a flat here is a smart choice—central location, good rental income, and upcoming infrastructure projects. However, the roads still need serious improvement.

Local grocery shops sort daily needs well, but big markets are a bit far from here. Internal sector roads are fine but the main junction outside gets bad jams daily.

Moving around P&T Colony Hydershakote Bandlaguda Jagir is very easy because the wide internal roads keep traffic flowing nicely. Local grocery stores, pharmacies, and small vegetable vendors sort your daily needs perfectly.

The evening traffic jam near the main crossing of Brij Vihar is getting worse day by day. It creates a massive stink near the shops during daytime and ruins the whole walkability.

The streetlights on the main roads of Khadakpada Kalyan Thane work perfectly fine at night. Public transport options like buses and shared vehicles are always available near the main circle.

Local grocery shops sort daily needs well, but big markets are a bit far from here. Internal sector roads are fine but the main junction outside gets bad jams daily. TBH

This pocket of Kalyan Nagar has excellent open space for parking cars, which is a major relief. Local grocery stores, pharmacies, and small vegetable vendors sort your daily needs perfectly.

Water supply is the biggest headache in this pocket of Old Malakpet. Public transport connectivity drops down to zero late at night, making travel unsafe....

Visiting friends in Dighi is completely fine if you have a bike, but buses get very crowded. Internal sector roads are fine but the main junction outside gets bad jams daily.

Liveable area but the water supply timing here is strict, coming only for 2 hours in the morning. Footpaths are broken or missing in some spots, though general cleanliness is alright.
