I live here in a 2 BHK and shops, markets are all nearby. And just like rest of Bangalore this area also has huge traffic congestions.

I’ve had no issues with power or water supply since moving in but nowadays I am seeing a bit of both.

I find rent here affordable and the area is mostly quiet, but parking gets tight on busy weekends.

The area is peaceful, though the occasional construction dust around is there.

For an emerging tech corridor area, the demand for rental houses and yield are steady.
