The area is peaceful, with a lot of independent houses and there are parks and small grocery shops nearby. But private vehicle is also necessary.

We built a duplex house here, and the surroundings are nice. Though there are some waterlogging but that gets cleared qucikly.

The area is still imporving and I hope more shops, parks, etc come up.

Appreciation isn’t as fast but it’s catching up. It’s a good long-term investment if you’re willing to wait.

The area is green and clean and has good roads but some interior lanes need work.
