I have been staying in a 1 BHK here and the rent is around 11k per month. Grocery shops, doctors are nearby.

It’s quiet and safe and the roads have been widened rencently. This makes it easy to move which was a problem before.

We built our house here 8 years ago. Over the years, the locality has developed quite a lot. Now we don't have any water or power issues.

The rent here is half of what I used to pay before. Daily groceries and medical shops are nearby as well.

Rental yield isn’t high right now as in my lane the road in narrow and watwer logging is there.
