The area has grown slowly as the land prices started going up. The roads have also improved and there are more homes now. It is much cleaner than before.

My wife and I shifted here as the locality is safe, and the neighbors peaceful. Daily essentials are easy to find, but I miss having a proper supermarket or medical center nearby.

I stay here with my parents and the atmosphere here is clam and lots of open spaces. But, there is irregular water supply and drains dont work during the rainy days.

Nimbekaipura has a lot of potential if you’re willing to wait. Rental demand exists, but tenants expect low rents. I see more housing layouts coming up, so I believe the momentum will eventually build.

I bought a land here because it was affordable, and I liked the area so much. The area is still growing and lacks public transport, but new projects around Hoskote give me some hope..
