I’ve been renting in Nagondanahalli for over a year. It’s peaceful, with affordable rent and quick access to Whitefield. The area is clean but still lacks supermarkets and branded stores. Traffic congestion in peak hours is seriously frustrating. I can never find cabs on time.

I invested in a 30x40 plot in 2016 and the value has almost doubled. I am planning to buil a house and give it on rent since rental demand, especially from working professionals is very high here. But the area lacks proper waste management.

This area suits working professionals like. I am living here for 9 months now and have never faced any serious issue. It is a quiet and green area connected well with the Varthur Road. The main issue is poor street lighting, but rents are reasonable and the area feels safe.

I have built a house here after retirement. It is a quiet area, with good plot sizes and friendly people. The area even enjoys good water supply but I feel the locality needs more parks and health facilities. The children do not find areas to play and I feel really bad for it.
