Went to see a relative here. Road conditions are really bad here with so many potholes. But I like the breezy environment and less traffic. Refreshing for a day away from the central Bangalore traffic.

The environment here is refreshing due to less traffic. Rental options are cheap but limited. It's tough to find a decent spacious flat here. But on the positive side, the area is quiet and accessible to basic amenities. Public transport is not that strong so you have to take auto or have your own vehicle. Good place for short-term stays.

Area is safe and family-friendly but road conditions are poor so water logging is common.

As a homeowner, I enjoy the community feel in Mandur. The local markets are helpful and property rates are also affordable.

There are some minor issues like lack of consistent water supply and garbage disposals that need more attention. As a property owner, I like the safety here and also the proximity to local markets.
