I have been residing here for 2 years on rent. The area is safe and public transport is available easily. Haven't faced major issues yet except being stuck in traffic sometimes.

Attended a family function here, and the locality has good connectivity. streets are bit crowded and parking space is limited.

The property prices here are affordable, and the area has good metro and highway access. Malad train station is also nearby. But it's becoming overcrowded lately leading to more congestion.

The area is quite vibrant with lots of local eateries and shopping centres. Still, I feel the infrastructure can be better, as some lanes have drainage issues, and some streets are too congested and narrow.

Rents are affordable and it is easy to travel around with good road and train stations. The area feels active with schools, shops, and markets close by, though it can get a bit crowded.
