I’ve been renting a 2 BHK here for the last year, and honestly, the vibe is peaceful.

Local shops are decent, and there are a few good eating spots nearby. However, I didn’t find a metro station close by, which would’ve been more convenient.

The value of our home has gone up quite a bit. I do feel the lack of metro access is a downside, and traffic gets a bit messy during school hours.

I bought a plot here about three years ago and the price has increased nicely. Only thing that could be better is more branded retail stores within the area itself.

I shifted in Kuvempu Layout a few months ago, and it’s been a comfortable experience so far. The area is quite residential, so you don’t get too much noise or traffic inside. There are enough grocery stores and small eateries nearby for daily needs.

The locality is decent but still feels like it’s developing. Some internal roads are not in the best condition, and street lighting could be better in a few areas. Public transport options are limited.
