Decent Locality and it is safe with cool night life

Good locality but finding hard to get tenants

I love how Koramangala has everything—great cafes, malls, and an amazing vibe

Living here is super convenient with easy access to jobs and fun places

Safe locality perfect for families

As a resident, I agree that Koramangala enjoys superb connectivity and has good schools, hospitals, and malls

A vaiety of properties available to invest in assuring good ROI

Public transport works fine, but auto drivers love to overcharge.

This place is perfect for students and professionals—everything is just around the corner

Safe locality . Good for families and individuals

Koramangala is hub of amazing restaurants and cafes. I end up in one of the cafes there every time I go out with my friends. The breweries are a highlight for me.

The locality offers really good lifestyle, with all essentials nearby. The commercial spaces, including malls, shopping zones and restaurents are a big plus. However, high rent remains an issue.

Having lived in around 3-4 localities, I love Koramangala the most in Bangalore. It has everything from cafes to clinics to all essential amenities. It also feels safe and vibrant even after 11 pm. at night.

Koramangala has become very crowded and busier in recent years but can't deny the convenience of living here. Close to everything. from tech parks to prominent museums and botanical gardens and street shopping places, it is easily accessible to everything. Living here is super convenient and fun

It is very pricey even for a 1 BHK but the social life makes it worth it. Very safe to walk on streets and the cafe culture makes it super fun. It's great for college life

I stay near Jyoti Nivas College in 6th street. the place is full of restaurants, cafes and cinema halls. Its always buzzing so if you prefer a quieter life, this may not be for you. Also the public transport is decent but autos charge a lot and since there is no metro till 4 km, commuting is a struggle and expensive

Koramangala's appeal is the strong rental demand. Since it has good colleges and schools, many families and even students live here. So vacancy rates are also low. But property prices are extremely high since this is a posh area so dont expect quick appreciation too

I have seen continuous interest from tenants looking for premium housing close to Bangalore’s business and startup hubs.

The area offers a great lifestyle for working professionals and students with plenty of entertainment and food options.
