I purchased a flat in Koralur last year. The location is convenient. There are schools and hospitals nearby. The property has appreciated in value.

Koralur is a peaceful area, and I appreciate the greenery around. It's a bit far from the main city, but the commute to my office in Whitefield is manageable.

I own a couple of properties in Koralur. The rental income is steady, and tenants appreciate the location's convenience. The only downside is the occasional waterlogging during heavy rains.

The locality has greenery around. There are schools, shops, markets and hospitals within a short distance. I've faced is the water supply at times. The internal roads are also in a bad state.

Koralur is neat and mostly quiet. Local market is small but has good vegetable shops, kirana shops, medical stores and other facilities. I found the roads cleaner than some other parts I’ve seen in Bangalore. Autos are easy to get too.

Dhanori is great as it’s close to Viman Nagar and way cheaper. Commute to Kharadi takes 20–30 mins depending on traffic. Area feels mostly residential and calm. Roads inside are improving but some blocks still have potholes in monsoon.

The area feels very family oriented. Being a student, it feels very safe and welcoming also. rent isnt too high. But not much active nightlife here. roads get dark by 10:30 pm
