Roads are good and locality is clean. It's also quiet and generally safe for women too. Traffic can be madenning at times especially on the Whitefiled-Hoskote Road

I live in Sattva East Crest and the society is well maintained and has all amenities. Public transport is still a limitation as there's no metro lines here.

I have been living here for over a year now and what I love is the Hoskote Lake. it's a quiet hotspot nearby. But pollution and waste dumping on lakes have become a trending issue here. I also heard there have been reports of dead fish in the lake due to low water quality.

Plots here are appreciating fast. I am planning to buy a property here and as per my research, it's good for quick returns. It is close to Whitefield and Hoskote Road, which is increasing the demand from professionals. Pollution isn't bad and the area is developing too.

I am living near the Hoskote Lake and what’s great is access to Old Madras Road and buses to Hoskote and Whitefield. Area is safe and fairly clean. Weekends can get crowded near junctions, but it’s not unbearable.
