The area is close to airport and the connectivity is good. It's a safe and peaceful locality but like any other area in Bangalore, it has water supply issues too. But it's still manageable.

Property prices are decent enough, much lesser than other parts in Bangalore. Metro connectivity can boost the values in near future. Good investment with high ROI.

Good locality with all basic amenities readily accessible. Public transport is not strong yet, although buses run frequently. Lack of metro connectivity is a drawback, It's anyway a peaceful locality and beneficial if you have your own vehicle. Rent is cheap too, as I got a semi-furnished 1 BHK at 12,000.

One of the vibrant localities in Bangalore which also feels surprisingly calm and peaceful. It's also surrounded by major IT zones like Manyata Tech park

Happened to visit this area when I was looking for a rental option. I found severe waterlogging issues here as it had rained recently. Roads are not well-built and drainage issues need to be look into.
