It's very close to Malad where most corporate offices are. Rent is also very reasonable and the area feels safe

The area has a peaceful setting. Close to beaches, parks and malls. The only problem I face is getting throiugh the traffic and waterlogged lanes

It’s peaceful within our building society but outside it’s congested and roads are unplanned. It lacks proper development

Been here since 2019 and seen the area develop a lot. the metro connectivity is a huge benefit for many but still civic upgrades are needed I feel. Roads are jammed. there's traffic issue. parking space is not enough too
