I bought my flat here five years ago and it has various benenfits.

Rent here is not that high but the flats are small and not that spacious. The onky proble here is the auto availblity which is very less.

I hold multiple flats here and vacancies are rare. But there are parking issues.

The demand from working professionals is consistent but public transport is not that great here.
