Promising area if you’re investing early. Close to tech corridors. Needs better roads and water management. But the scope for appreciation is there over 5 to 10 years.

I went to a friend’s new flat and the roads were quite dusty and underdeveloped. No nearby malls or large shops.

Bought a plot years ago and recently constructed my house here. My kids love the open space and calm vibe. But public transport and good schools are still a bit far.

Living here feels calm and away from chaos. No traffic noise but ublic transport is limited . You need your own bike or car to get around comfortably.

I’ve been renting inthe area for the last six months. Though its peaceful and affordable, but becuase its far from the city transportation is a challange.
