What I like is that our street is still not cramped like you see in most parts of the city. That said, the stray dog issue needs to be looked into—sometimes it’s hard to walk peacefully at night.
I bought a plot in JCR Layout back in 2018 when most people weren’t looking at this side of Panathur seriously. Fast forward to now, the growth has been quite solid. What attracted me was the balance—it wasn’t over-hyped like Whitefield, but still close enough to all the key tech parks. Rents have increased decently, and villas are coming up faster than expected. Only downside—lack of vibrant commercial corners. You won’t find branded cafes or malls immediately nearby yet.
