What attracted me was the balance—it wasn’t over-hyped like Whitefield, but still close enough to all the key tech parks. Rents have increased decently, and villas are coming up faster than expected. Only downside—lack of vibrant commercial corners. You won’t find branded cafes or malls immediately nearby yet.
