The area is calm and mostly residential. No loud pubs or heavy traffic. It’s ideal for work-from-home setups. Public transport is slightly patchy. You have to walk 10-15 minutes to get to a proper bus stop or local autos. Even rapidos don't accept bookings in inner lanes.

One of the best things about owning a house in Jayanti Nagar is the peace. It’s not too crowded like other parts of East Bangalore. We have wide roads and low noise levels. But the area still lacks premium infrastructure. The inner roads need relaying, and stormwater drains can overflow in heavy rain.

It's a quiet, budget-friendly residential area in East Bangalore with good connectivity to major job hubs like KR Puram and CV Raman Nagar. The rental demand is okay too as people are prefering more peaceful lifestyle away from the pub culture of Bangalore.

We’re well connected to places like KR Puram, TC Palya Main Road, and even KR Pura metro. Sometimes during heavy rains, roads get waterlogged, especially near the railway underpass

I love how Jayanti Nagar is still not overly commercialized. It feels like a real neighborhood where people greet each other. We have good air and not much dust or pollution, which is rare in Bangalore now. But the road near the Jayanti Nagar railway track is poorly maintained and dangerous during the rains. And, no major hospitals nearby

Whats good about Jayanti Nagar

  • Excellent connectivity to major employment hubs
  • Well-developed social infrastructure with good schools and hospitals
  • Proximity to shopping centres and entertainment options
  • Balanced mix of urban amenities and green spaces
  • Growing real estate market with potential for appreciation

What can be improved about Jayanti Nagar

  • Traffic congestion during peak hours
  • Limited public transportation options within the locality
  • Need for more local parks and recreational spaces
  • Potential for better waste management systems
  • Scope for improvement in last-mile connectivity
