This area has independent homes and small apartment complexes. I liked the greenery and wide roads. Rent is cheaper than Whitefield, and it feels safer. However, internal roads need maintenance.

Visited Immadihalli for a weekend function. Clean and calm surroundings. Good mix of apartments and villas. Surprised to find so many good bakeries and local food joints in such a quiet locality but rent is quite high here based on the infrastructure.

Bought a 2BHK flat in 2019. Value has appreciated steadily. Schools, hospitals, and grocery stores nearby make life easy. It's a good mix of community living and urban comfort but waste management needs attenstion and public transport is also not readily available here.

My husband and I rented a flat here and found the community welcoming. Walkable to cafes, tuition centers, and supermarkets. Commute to IT hubs takes 20–30 minutes. Water and power supply have been consistent but traffic congestion causes serious trouble especially during the office time.

Immadihalli is ideal for mid-budget investors. Land is cheaper than Whitefield core, but development is happening fast. Growing demand from IT employees assures of good rental demand but lack of public transport seems to be hampering the overall development.
