The traffic near the Babusapalya underpass and Horamavu junction during peak hours is terrible. It takes 25 minutes just to cross this pocket on a bike. Dust from the constantly broken roads makes riding a daily pain.

Walking around Horamavu Agara Lake is nice and calm in the mornings. However, the lack of proper footpaths on the internal roads is a big risk... you have to constantly dodge bikes riding on the extreme edge.

Lots of cheap fast food stalls and budget rooms around here. Finding sharing autos or getting a BMTC bus towards the main ring road is quite easy. It is a bit noisy but manageable for daily stay.

Water supply is the biggest headache here because Cauvery connections do not work properly in all layouts. We are fully dependent on private water tankers every week. BBMP really needs to fix the basic pipeline stuff.

Daily business is okay because the population has increased a lot. But garbage dumping on the corner of internal streets is an eyesore. The local municipal workers do not clear the waste piles regularly, it smells bad.

Roads inside the lanes like Kalkere road are completely broken and muddy. Whenever it rains even for 30 minutes, the whole area gets flooded with knee-deep water. Driving a car here is a huge task during monsoons.

Rental demand is consistently high because the location is close to Manyata and other IT hubs. Property rates are reasonable for buyers. Piped water issues exist but the overall rental yields make it a solid choice.

The locality is very self-contained now with top schools and clinics close by. You do not have to run to the main city for anything. Only the evening traffic jam near the main railway crossing is annoying.

Street lighting is quite poor in the interior cross roads after 8 PM. It feels a bit unsafe to walk outside because of stray dogs and dark stretches. The local parks are also not looked after well.
