Moved near Hennur Main Road for my office in Manyata. Easy access via Outer Ring Road and New Airport Road. Plenty of shops and eateries. Hennur bus stop helps for commute, though metro still not very close.

It is calm inside lanes, but the Hennur Main Road area has everything. Travel to the city area is smooth with ORR and Nehru Road. Banaswadi Railway Station is also close.

Hennur Main Road area has good neighbourhood feel. There are parks and temples like Sri Sri Veeranjeneya Swamy Temple nearby. Groceries and clinics are within minutes.

The traffic can be annoying during peak hours. Not too many fancy hangout places yet, but basics are all around.

Outer Ring Road and Old Mil Road keep rental interest high. Good demand from IT folks working near Manyata. Long-term appreciation looks solid as infrastructure improves.

The area is well-connected, with easy access to the Outer Ring Road and public transport. There are plenty of eateries and supermarkets around. Traffic can be a bit heavy during peak hours.
