It's peaceful and has trees everywhere so it feels breezy in the mornings but the traffic can get really bad on the way to manyata tech park. that is the worst part for me

Here for the last 5 years. I have grown to find this place very homely and comforting. there are local shops, restaurants, little coffee shops. very safe and family friendly

Rent is fine and the apartments are spacious here although buildings a bit outdated and old. My landlord is nice and very quick to respond. I'm just sad there's no direct metro to other posh areas in bangalore and autos are so damn expensive

The area has developed a lot since last 7 years i moved here. My family and I like this place a lot. There's a chelekere lake nearby which is a very peaceful spot. But some blocks are not properly maintained, like there are frequent power cuts and i have heard about irregular garbage cleaning which hampers the hygiene of the locality

Properties here are affordable than central bangalore. it is developing with many modern apartments and new schools

Rent here in Block F Zaildar Enclave Nawada Road is around 14k for a standard room which is reasonable, but food joints are limited. Footpaths are broken or missing in some spots, though general cleanliness is alright.

No proper parking management on the streets here, leading to daily fights among neighbors. Public transport connectivity drops down to zero late at night, making travel unsafe.

The streetlights on the main roads of Brij Vihar work perfectly fine at night. The whole layout feels very safe for walking even late at night after work. TBH

Very satisfied with the general peace and safety here in Khadakpada Kalyan Thane layout. The whole layout feels very safe for walking even late at night after work.

The streetlights on the main roads of Appa Pada Malad East work perfectly fine at night. Public transport options like buses and shared vehicles are always available near the main circle., manage somehow.

Visiting friends in Kalyan Nagar is completely fine if you have a bike, but buses get very crowded. Also, evening traffic builds up heavily near the main sector entry point. NGL

The evening traffic jam near the main crossing of Old Malakpet is getting worse day by day. Internal streets get heavily flooded during monsoons, making it a nightmare to step out., manage somehow.

Mornings are super peaceful here for walks, and the parks in Dighi are kept tidy. Local grocery stores, pharmacies, and small vegetable vendors sort your daily needs perfectly....

Water supply is the biggest headache in this pocket of Madaram. Internal streets get heavily flooded during monsoons, making it a nightmare to step out. truly annoying.

Too much dust from open plots and broken road patches makes riding a bike here a pain. Heavy trucks passing through nearby roads create a lot of noise and vibration all night.
