It’s away from the noise of the city but still close to everything important. The only minor problem is occasional water supply issues in older buildings.

The metro connectivity in nearby areas is boosting property demand but the roads here is very bad and filled with pot holes.

Tenants are usually working professionals from nearby IT companies. Water supply and road conditions are decent.

This area offers good appreciation and steady rental income. It’s not as crowded as nearby localities, which adds to its charm.

The neighbourhood is calm, and the area is still developing at a steady pace but all these development is making a lot of noise in the area and thet sometimes work at odd hours.

The area is good for investment. Long term benefits are nice and huge ROI is also seen. My property is here on rent and the rental income is steady. Tenants are mostly from IT sectors and there are families too. It's a safe locality but lacks greenery so becomes congested.

The area is safe and generally clean but monsoons make it very muddy and waterlogged which is annoying. This tells you about the poor drainage systems which is very common in Bangalore.

It's a developing area. Several new apartments are here and roads are widening but this also leads to lack of open spaces so the area gets less air than usual. So many buildings are blocking the natural view from our place.

Lots of eateries around and a couple of modest cafes, street food stalls and a Pure Veg restaurant near Sampigehalli Lake which is awesome.

Rented an apartment here. Connectivity to Manyata Tech Park is impressive, about 4 km away. Traffic is also moderate- not too much like in Hebbal.
