The rent is affordable and the area is quite I loved it here.

Utilities in this area are reliable and public transport can take you to Hennur or BEL Layout quickly. I wish for a few more parks.

There are fewe restaurants here but small food places are there. .Finding auto here is too tough and I use ky bikee most of time .I only use autto during rain as they area get flooded.

Power and water is inconsistent here especially during summer. You need to have inverter for power and call in water tankers. OOther than these two the area is fine.

The area still needs better roads and streetlights, but overall, I feel safe and satisfied with the commute and cost.

Perfect area for families. You've got reputed schools, colleges, good hospitals nearby. malls and cafes also not too far. theres good amount of greenery so even summers feel pleasant not humid

Inside blocks are very peaceful and walkable but main road congestion is a headache during commute hours. there's no direct metro here. you got to go to Vajarahalli on green line which is almost 4-5 km away
