The returns here are modest, but I’ve had no trouble finding tenants, especially families who prefer peaceful surroundings. It’s a low-risk, slow-gain type of investment.

The area felt very peaceful and it seems to have semi-rural vibe. Finding transportation out of the area can be challange.

My apartment is quite spacious for the rent that I am paying. The area is kind of good, but not very well-lit in some lanes at night. Feels safe but not very lively.

I moved to this area for the affordability, and I have started liking the area as a whole. The area has all the basic necessities such as groceries, medical shops, etc. The only issue finding transportation.

I bought a property in the area becuase it apperaed to have some potential. The appreciation is not high but it’s stable.
