Devinagar is close to all the nice cafes and some major work hubs. I take the metro from Hebbal, which is just a quick auto ride away. Rent is okay compared to other areas around. The area feels quite safe, which matters to me since I work late sometimes.

I bought a 2BHK flat here five years back. It’s been appreciating steadily. Good tenant demand because of IT crowd. The area has basic facilities covered. Planning to invest in one more property nearby.

Devinagar is a good mid-range locality. I felt the market here is stable, but has decent rental returns. I rent out to a small family. There are schools, clinics, and other necessary facilities. I liked that it has greenery all around.

My kids go to school nearby, and my husband works in Hebbal, so Devinagar made sense. We’ve been here for 4 years now. I like the calmness despite being close to main roads. Some roads get jammed during school hours.

Devinagar works out great for me. I work in Manyata Tech Park, and commute takes just 20 minutes on most days. There are good gyms around, and even a small park where I do evening walks. The rent is manageable for a 2BHK, especially if you share. Local shops have everything. Weekends get a bit crowded near the main road though.
