I’ve rented a flat in the area for the past few year and really like the calm inside the hustle of Mathikere. Buses and even a nearby railway station make commute easy.

The area is not that loud and utilities are kind of good here. I feel civic upkeeps such as garbage collection and keeping the roaods clean need to be imporved here.

I’m staying in a 2 BHK here for around ₹25 k/month. The neighbourhood is clean, and vendors and daily‑use shops are within walking reach.

Devasandra has calm residential lanes while still giving easy access to local amenities and transport. It’s a balance hard to beat for peace within the city.

I love this area as I can go to my office while dropping at school. Apart from that, other things such as markets, wine shops, etc. are nearby.
