This a great place to have a property if you rent it out, you can expect great rental returns. On the other hand, if you plan to sell, it can be sold for a higher amount but I find renting out the better option here.

Rent here is expensive but I live here becuase its close to my office. I can also visit the nearby parks and there are quite a few malls around. Parking here can be a hassle.

Its a well-maintained area with regular municipal services which ensures that the area remians clean.

This location has both residentail and commerical aeea, which makes this a great area. But there is wany too much noise all day long due to honking fron cars.

The neighborhood has a rich cultural heritage, with landmarks like the High Court and State Library nearby. It's a blend of history and modernity.
