Though the area is safe but there are no street signs

The houses here have spacious layouts, and there’s lots of greenery around. But the mobile network signal inside buildings is very bad.

I love the tree-lined streets and friendly neighbors and the main issue here is that the area lacks good public transport options, especially during odd hours.

I’ve had a smooth experience with tenants here as it attracts a lot of people but the lack of proper commercial zones nearby can be a drawback for younger or more active families.
