I've been renting a 2 BHK near Assaye Road for two years. The colonial charm and proximity to MG Road are appealing. However, the lack of proper garbage disposal is a concern for me. Overall, it's a convenient location for professionals.

Living here will give you good access to schools and hospitals. My family and I have been residing here for the past three years, and it's been pretty good. My kids go to National public School, which is 15 minutes from here. They take the bus and sometimes I drirve them. the area is safe and family-friendly.

The demand for rental properties are high here. I have rented my 2 BHK to a couple, and the income is good. People prefer it for the peacefulness and accessibility to schools and IT parks.

I went to Ulsoor Lake last weekend, and passed through the streets. It's a clean and quiet area. Not much traffic as far as I noticed. We explored a bit, and went to a small coffee shop nearby. Some lanes were very dark and there were no proper lighting, so that's a demerit.
