Channasandra still has that old-Bangalore charm with peaceful evenings and friendly neighbors. But traffic towards Whitefield during peak hours can get frustrating.

It’s close to tech parks yet doesn’t feel cramped like other areas. However, the road conditions really need some improvement after the rains.

Good schools nearby made this a top choice for us. But water supply issues in summer can be a problem sometimes.

I love the slower pace of life here compared to central Bangalore. But you’ll need a vehicle as connectivity isn’t the best.

The area has a safe, small-town feel to it, which I appreciate. But street lighting in some inner lanes is still lacking.

cheap rent and a bit quieter than main whitefield. if u are okay with living a bit far from brewaries then youre sorted

water supply is heavily dependent on private tankers, which gets costly in summer. Plus internal lane parking is a constant fight... super frustrating.

my college is within 5 mins so its super sorted for me..for weekend chill theres nexus, cafes around and lots of pubs..Main issue is bad footpaths along main road...

Metro access from Kadugodi area makes travelling across town super easy. Food delivery options are solid till late night. But monsoon waterlogging near low-lying road patches turns the daily commute into a messy ordeal.

Channasandra has all daily necessities covered with cheap local shops. Potholes on internal streets show up after every heavy rain, but autos are easy to get near the main junction and overall cost of living stays low.

Morning walks inside the gated residential lanes are peaceful. But crossing the main Channasandra road stretch is scary with speeding bikes and autos zipping past. Fortunately, local chemists deliver medicines straight to the door.

Love visiting friends around Channasandra for quick food spots and bakery runs. Finding a car parking slot near internal market lanes on weekends gives me crazy stress though... streets are fully choked with parked vehicles.

Rental demand from IT professionals working in Whitefield belt is always sky high. Returns stay steady IMO. But summer water shortage and narrow road bottlenecks during peak hours remain major pain points for tenants.

Staying in a PG near MVJ College road for 8k with food included, life is sorted! Fast food joints, tea stalls, and print shops right outside. Highkey noisy near the main junction, but for student budget it honestly slaps!

Moved near Channasandra bus stop recently. Catching buses or autos to Hoodi and ITPL is super convenient. But streetlights in a couple of internal side lanes stay dim at night... decent locality overall if you work nearby though.

Lovely area to live in..streets are vibrant and feels very safe even at night..lots of cafes and bars around so nightlife in incredible

the traffic near Bommasandra Industrial Area is getting ridiculous now. Trucks block half the highway everyday evening, and taking a car inside the main road takes almost 40 minutes just for 2 km... pure headache.

PG rents here are around 8k which is manageable and lots of small food joints stay open near the main market. Only problem for me is getting autos at night because they demand double fare after 9 pm..

Footpaths along Anekal Road are either broken or occupied by shop vendors. Walking in the morning is risky because bikes drive on the wrong side to skip the signal traffic... dangerous for elderly people.

chandapura market is great for fish and veggies, but gets super crowded and messy on weekends.. other than that, the area is pretty sorted and feels peaceful inside lanes

Rental demand is high due to nearby factories along Hosur Road and lifestyle amenities like food spots and malls.. so getting tenants never takes more than 2 weeks..

Dust from heavy trucks near Hebbagodi signal is unbearable during daytime. Street lights on internal roads don't work properly after dark and finding decent parking for a car near shops is almost impossible on weekends.

as a small business owner, i'd say good crowd comes to the shops on main street every evening. Water supply comes for only 2 hours in the morning though, so shops have to depend on private tankers weekly... manageable but extra expense.

Schools and tuition centers are quite close by so travel time is very less. Area feels safe always plus open grounds around Chandapura lake make morning walks quite pleasant for residents here.

BMTC bus frequency from Chandapura bus stop is great throughout the day. Garbage collection on corner streets is still inconsistent though, sometimes piles are left on the roadside for 2 days before cleanup happens.
