It’s a quiet and grounded neighborhood and there’s a strong sense of community. The infrastructure could be better, but the convenience makes up for it.

This locality offers affordable housing in a fairly central part of the city. Water and power supply are not that reliable though.

It sits close to major areas, and property prices haven’t exploded yet. You get decent rental returns with minimal risk.

I work in RT Nagar, so this location works well. Rents are manageable, and daily essentials are nearby.
