It's a growing locality within Whitefield and I love living here with my family. The area is safe and well-connected but lack of green spaces is a limitation. It makes the area feel stuffy at times.

It's very noisy and dusty due to construction activity and traffic congestion. Constant honking on the Whitefield Main Road will be annoying. But on the good side, it's ideal for professionals as the area is very tech-centric

The connectivity and proximity to IT hubs make it an interesting and beneficial area to buy property in. Due to its location, it has huge potential for real-estate growth. Resale value will also go up. I recently refurbished and rented one of my properties here and the demand was strangely high.

Living close to Whiteifield has its perks. Malls, supermarkets, and clinics are just short-walk away. It's also perfect for IT professionals working in nearby tech hubs.

Good locality and ideal for families. Property rates are bit lower than Main Whitefield. But you may have to adjust with water supply issues. Many buildings here rely on borewell water or tankers during summers.
