Bileshivale has lots of amenities which is easier for tenants, and it has affordable property rates to occupy. There are parks, gyms, restaurants and supermarkets are closer to this area.

I visited Bengaluru Palace from this area, and it was easy to travel to other parts of the city as metro and bus services are readily available. The locality also has many restaurants to try and several nearby places for sightseeing.

I moved here a few months back because of the affordable rent and peaceful environment. Though it is a bit far from the city center, but if you work remotely, it's a great option.

I went to see an apartment with a cousin here. The land rates are within my friend budget but the surroundings still feel quite rural.

The area is gradually becoming residential day by day, but the civic amenities needs to improve.

Rent here is quite affordable but there are frequent power cuts and water issues rise up during summer seasons.

I visited a friend who recently moved here. The area was quite underdeveloped it still is. Streets are narrow and not very well-lit.
