Nice mix of independent houses and apartments. Plenty of greenery nearby but lots of traffic noises. I would suggest people who value silence to stay away.

Good for long-term property investment. It is not the fastest-growing area but appreciation is happening at a slow pace.

I bought a flat here in 2014. The rent has been pretty low for the last few years but now with improvement facilities it is going up.

Nice peaceful locality with good roads and friendly locals. It feels safe even at night and there is no traffic noise.

During my visit to a friends place I found the area has a lot of trees. I liked this area.
