I’d say it’s a good spot if you’re looking for stability over flashy returns. Rents don’t increase that fast, but the place is always occupied.

Over the years, the area’s gotten more crowded. Besiedes that it has everyting like small temples, local vendors, etc. is near.

I’ve been staying in Bharti Nagar for over a year now and its super convenient. Everything's close but quite noisy at times.

We bought this flat around 10 years back. The area is not be perfect as the roads need fixing and parking is kind of hard but I just love this place.

I moved here as the rent is less compared to most areas. To be honest, the building is a bit old, but you get what you need nearby.
