I have been living here for the past 7 years, and the area is a peaceful residential neighborhood in North-Bangalore. If you want to get away from the daily commotion of the city, it's a good place to live. Not to mention the basic essentials are readily available via nearby grocery stores and supermarkets. Hospitals and schools are close by too, but if you work in some tech parks, you may have to travel far.

We moved here recently, due to cheap rent and cost-effective lifestyle. It's definitely affordable as compared to Koramangala or Indiranagar. The school I teach is is neraby too, within 10 minutes, so everything is convenient so far. Some lanes need better lighting though, as it's pitch dark sometimes after 8 pm.

The area has good investment potential. Investing in a property in Bangalore can really be tough due to rising rates. Avalahalli provides affordable entry points, which will lead to long term appreciation. The area is also growing with metro expansion and social infrastructure. But it lacks enough IT parks and commercial spaces.

I rent my residential property here to married couples and families. The demand is good and I generate decent income. The area has its own sets of pros and cons, but the easy accessibility to key areas in Bangalore is a huge positive that has kept the demand. There are schools, hospitals, and shopping outelts nearby, which attract families.

My cousin lives here, and I often visit her during holidays. Last weekend, we went to the Avalahalli Lake, and it was a scenic spot. I like this area - peaceful and pollution-free.
