This is a peaceful and budget-friendly area. I’ve been renting here for eight months and its mostly residential, so very quiet. The only problem is you need to own vehicle or get ready to pay huge amouts everytime you take a auto.
I bought a plot in Anugraha Township three years back and appreciation has been steady, It’s a decent choice for long-term investment.
It’s a clean and green environment. There are small parks, and the air feels better than inner-city areas. Buses are rare though, and without a vehicle, daily commute can be inconvenient.
I built my house here as its far from city noise and great for raising kids. It does lack proximity to big malls or hospitals, though.
