I have been staying in Akash Nagar for 8 months now. BMTC buses are frequent. Rent is decent compared to other areas. There are some nice cafes and fitness centres. Roads inside the area could be better. But overall, pretty sorted for bachelors and young professionals.

It was a quiet corner with hardly any apartments 6 years ago when I started living here. Now it is buzzing. The crowd is mostly working folks, and the neighbourhood is decent. There are parks nearby where my kids go in the evenings.

There are local food joints open late, which is great after long work hours. Only thing is, parking is a bit of a mess in the lanes.

We bought our flat here in 2015 and live here with family. It is peaceful at night and has a nice community feel. Local shops are friendly and you can get all the basics without going far.

This locality is growing fast due to its proximity to IT hubs like Whitefield and KR Puram. Rents are steady, and there is good demand for rental properties from working professionals. But, roads need improvement.
