I am not sure if you can check the application status after submitting and making payment. Once you have submitted the application form, it will be checked and verified by the MHADA authorities. Post verification, the list of accepted applications will be announced on October 5, 2021.
The draw will take place on October 14, 2021 and the list of winners will be announced on the same day. The refund process will start on October 21, 2021.
I can tell you how to check MHADA application status for a refund though. You can do so by entering your application number or username. You will be redirected to a new page which should have all the details.
You can also try to check status of your application by logging into your account on MHADA website.
