What are the reviews of Migsun Ultimo, Omicron 3, Greater Noida?

I visited this project a few months back. I was intrigued to learn about the Migsun Ultimo latest construction update. To which I discovered that there are some towers in this project where residents have already shifted. However, in Sun tower 5, 6, 7 the construction is still ongoing and the expected Migsun Ultimo possession date, for these towers will start in December 2022. As I visited this project around 10 months ago, I got to know that for these towers the builders have also applied for CC. However, they haven’t got approval yet. Apartments in the Migsun Ultimo price range between Rs. 30.0 Lakh - Rs. 96.0 Lakh. I am planning another visit to arrive at a final decision about investing here.

While researching the Migsun builder review, I discovered that the builder has 30 years of experience in the field of real estate. The Migsun Ultimo greater Noida price list is between Rs. 30.0 Lakh - Rs. 96.0 Lakh. I am eager to book an apartment in this project. 

I am writing this review as a way to express my Migsun Ultimo complaints. We booked an apartment in Migsun Ultimo over 4 years ago, but the project is still not ready for possession, and the builder is asking for 100% of the purchase price in exchange for a temporary occupancy permit, which is against the law. The state of the apartment and the quality of the building materials are both quite poor. I think the Noida authorities won't approve or consent to this proposal.
