In India, how can you get your tenant to vacate your commercial property in the case of a verbal agreement?

That is a very tricky situation. One must never rent property purely on verbal agreement even if both the parties are on best of terms. A legal action will need to be taken which would result in the owner winning as the property is in their name. Legal battles can take up to 5 years though!
