At times a tile may get loose and come off too easily. In this case, you need to get it fixed immediately. How to fix a loose floor tile without removing it: Step-by-step guide

  • Firstly drill the grout by the side of the tile. You should dig deep to allow the adhesive to get under the tile that is loose.
  • Put the spout of the epoxy or adhesive into the hole that you drill and squeeze some glue or epoxy into the hole.
  • Now you should let the epoxy or adhesive set under the tile. You should keep squeezing the material into the hole very slowly as long as the tile doesn't settle.
  • To remove the bubbles, keep some heavy objects. This will help to set the tile better.
  • After you set the tile tape a damp cloth and remove the extra adhesive or epoxy coming out of the hole.
  • After 24 hours you can remove the heavy object.
  • Place new grouts in the holes that you have drilled.
  • Clean everything once you have finished.
