Hey Hema, you can use the BBMP e Aasthi website to download your Khata certificate. I had done it a few weeks ago. So let me share with you how I did it.
Steps to Download Khata Certificate for Property
Go to the
BBMP e-Aasthi website’s home page.
Once you are on the page, scroll down to the Citizen Services section.
Here, click the Download Khata option.
On your screen, you fill out the form opening up. There, enter your property number and then click the Search button if you haven’t already paid for Khata.
You can then download your khata certificate from there.
If you have already paid, you can click on the option below in the form. You then have to enter your PID, applicant name, mobile number, bank ref number and transaction ref number and click Verify and just follow the steps.
That’s all.
