If the land was originally agricultural, you must first obtain a DC conversion (land use conversion) before applying.

  2. Next, you need to collect essential documents such as the registered sale deed, existing B Khata certificate, latest tax receipts, encumbrance certificate, approved building plan, identity proof, and utility bills.

  3. These documents prove ownership, compliance, and tax payment status. The application can be submitted either online through the e-Aasthi portal (
