  • Go to the left-hand side and tap on 'Download'.

  • Tap on  ‘Form 1 – application for a new ration card’ link.

  • Take a print out the form and fill in all the details.

  • Attach the documents and submit the form to the Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Department. 

Documents required for ration card:

  • Aadhaar Card

  • Passport

I have bought resale property of MAHADA in Mumbai. The buyer from whom i have purchased the property is not the original owner as per allotment made by MAHADA. He had purchased the property from the original owner but at that time only sale deed was executed at that time.
