i am renting a small 1 bhk near Wind Tunnel Road for 16k...which is kinda worth it. Reaching Embassy GolfLinks for work takes barely 10 mins by bike. Only issue is evening traffic near Manipal Hospital signal is an absolute nightmare, but commute saves lives!

lots of local markets and temples around...Water supply gets irritating in summer so tanker dependence is high. Plus internal lane parking is a daily struggle... honestly fed up with tight road space.

Quiet internal lanes near Vinayaka Nagar make evening walks peaceful. Good preschools and local clinics are within walking distance. Main problem is the bottleneck near Wind Tunnel Road junction during peak hours... crossing the road safely with kids feels scary.

super close to Indiranagar and EGL makes office travel and weekend plans super easy. Swiggy delivery options till 3 am are amazing. But monsoon waterlogging near low-lying stretches on Wind Tunnel Road is a total mess... turns roads into rivers.

Murugeshpalya has all daily necessities covered with cheap veggie markets near NAL road junction. Potholes on internal streets show up after every heavy rain, but local autos are easy to get and daily expenses stay well within budget.

Morning walks inside the quiet residential pockets feel pleasant. But footpaths along Old Airport Road are taken over by parked bikes and vendors, forcing you onto busy roads. Fortunately, local pharmacies and grocery stores deliver right to the door.

Love pulling up to Murugeshpalya for food joints near Old Airport Road! Finding a car parking spot inside internal streets on weekends gives me insane stress though... lanes are completely clogged with vehicles 24/7.

Rental yield here is crazy solid because IT workers at EGL and Indiranagar flock to book any available flat. Steady returns IMO. But summer water scarcity and narrow road congestion are real drawbacks for high-end tenants.

I am statying in a shared PG near Wind Tunnel Road for 7k with mess included, life is sorted! Fast food corners, juice shops, and print centers right outside. Highkey noisy with honking near the main stretch, but for student budget it slaps!

Moved near NAL stop recently. Buses and autos to MG Road or Marathahalli are super easy to catch. But streetlights in a couple of internal side lanes stay dark at night... decent locality if you work nearby though.
